Heyduode Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase govern all orders of shoes (including sneakers, loafers, boots, heels, sandals, and related accessories) from Heyduode (hereinafter “we/our/us”). By placing an order on our website, you (hereinafter “Customer/you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy (available on our site).

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

1.1 Order Submission

When you place an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase shoes at the listed price—all transactions are conducted exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). Product prices include applicable taxes (where required by law) but exclude import duties, customs fees, or local taxes for international orders. These additional fees (if any) are the sole responsibility of the Customer and will be collected by the relevant customs authority upon delivery.

1.2 Order Confirmation

An automated “Order Receipt” email confirms we have received your order (this does not constitute acceptance). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders (in whole or in part) if:
  • Shoes are out of stock, discontinued, or incorrectly priced (due to technical errors or manual oversight—e.g., a sneaker listed at \(29 instead of \)59);
  • We suspect fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid payment information, suspicious shipping addresses for high-quantity orders);

1.3 Order Modifications/Cancellations

We cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe, as shoe orders begin processing immediately (including size verification, quality checks, and packaging preparation). Once an order ships (confirmed via “Shipment Confirmation Email”), modifications or cancellations are no longer permitted—you may instead follow our return process (Section 4).

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure payment methods tailored to shoe purchases, including:

3.3 Global Free Shipping

Heyduode offers free standard shipping for all shoe orders worldwide—no minimum purchase required. This includes shipping for single pairs (e.g., a $39 pair of sneakers) and multi-pair orders (e.g., two pairs of sandals for the family), with no hidden fees.

3.4 Shipment Tracking & Protection

A “Shipment Confirmation Email” (with a unique tracking number and carrier link) will be sent once your order ships. You can use this link to monitor real-time delivery status (e.g., “Out for delivery” or “At local facility”). All shoe orders are automatically protected against loss or damage during transit—if your shoes are lost, stolen, or damaged, contact us immediately with tracking details, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

3.5 Delivery Responsibilities

We are liable for ensuring your shoes are shipped per confirmed details, but not for delays caused by factors beyond our control:
  • Customs hold-ups (international orders—we provide sizing charts and material details to streamline processing);
  • Weather disruptions, carrier errors, or delivery attempts to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by you (e.g., missing apartment numbers);

4. Returns & Refunds

4.3 Refund Timeline & Method

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of our warehouse confirming the shoes’ eligibility. This includes verifying the shoe’s condition, updating your order status, and initiating the refund with our payment provider.

5. Product Availability & Descriptions

5.1 Availability

Shoe sizes and styles are subject to stock levels. If a shoe is out of stock after order placement, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer:
  • A full refund (processed within 5–10 business days);
  • A replacement with a similar style (of equal or higher value, at no extra cost—e.g., swapping out-of-stock sneakers for a comparable pair);
  • A backorder option (with an estimated restock date and priority shipping once available, ideal for popular styles like winter boots).

5.2 Product Descriptions
